    Leaderworkssm

    Leaderworkssm focuses on the “levels of leadership” in a way that allows leaders to reflect on how they work and interact with co-workers.  This intense program allows leaders to better assess their own leadership strengths and development needs and understand leadership in a larger organizational context. Leaderworkssm is for any person who occupies a leadership position within the organization, from the CEO to a team leader.

    SuperVisionsm

    Supervisionsm is designed to help supervisors see the positive opportunities in their job and skillfully deal with them.  The program is appropriate for either new supervisors or for supervisors who have had little formal training in effective supervisory programs.  The primary goal of the program is to help participants review the “basics” so that they can confidently meet the core challenges of their job and establish a proper foundation for further development.

    Leading Change

    This workshop addresses the perspective of the supervisors/managers tasked with implementing changes within their organization.  The course is designed to be “hands-on” and to help managers more effectively plan and introduce organizational change to their employees.

    Positive Leadership

    This is a different kind of leadership program.  With unprecedented changes in today’s business environment, organizations must alter their approach to business.  Positive Leadership helps managers and supervisors refocus their role in the organization and further develop the key skills necessary to support this new role.  This is a competency-based modular program designed to develop the leadership skills of supervisors and managers so that they feel comfortable, confident and competent in leading change.

    This session will increase an organization’s effectiveness by improving the way leaders solve people-based problems they frequently face.  Participants work on how to maintain the balance between people and productivity.

    This session will increase an organization’s effectiveness by helping leaders manage performance through planning and monitoring day-to-day performance.

    This workshop helps provide the coaching skills necessary for today’s leaders to motivate and increase the desire of their employees in the promotion of a world-class organization.  This workshop is for any person who is responsible for leading employees in an organization.

    This very powerful program helps managers clearly understand some core requirements for achieving high performance.

    Assimilation Workshops

    The management assimilation process breaks down personal barriers of fear and builds trust so that business concerns can be constructively discussed.  Participants learn about themselves and each other in a protected environment.  It compresses the normal assimilation time by one to three months.
