Leaderworkssm focuses on the “levels of
leadership” in a way that allows leaders to reflect on how
they work and interact with co-workers. This intense program
allows leaders to better assess their own leadership strengths and
development needs and understand leadership in a larger
organizational context. Leaderworkssm is for any
person who occupies a leadership position within the organization,
from the CEO to a team leader.
SuperVisionsm
Supervisionsm is designed to help supervisors see the
positive opportunities in their job and skillfully deal with them.
The program is appropriate for either new supervisors or for
supervisors who have had little formal training in effective
supervisory programs. The primary goal of the program is to help
participants review the “basics” so that they can
confidently meet the core challenges of their job and establish a
proper foundation for further development.
Leading Change
This workshop addresses the perspective of the supervisors/managers
tasked with implementing changes within their organization. The
course is designed to be “hands-on” and to help
managers more effectively plan and introduce organizational change
to their employees.
Positive Leadership
This is a different kind of leadership program. With unprecedented
changes in today’s business environment, organizations must
alter their approach to business. Positive Leadership helps
managers and supervisors refocus their role in the organization and

Assimilation Workshops
